@Pilchuck :-D I actually discovered that a neighbor/friend is a Firefly fan when I took that photo. I said "Serenity.. oh, you guys don't know that reference." And she said, I have the DVDs inside, while he rolled his eyes. Lurkers everywhere.
@terrygrier Oh yes, very popular. Everything is stocked. The Forest Service twitter feed had tweets about the truck schedule... And the opening day of fishing season is called 'Fishmas'.
@cliffordbeshers I lived for a very short period over the hills in Bakersfield - and I was google mapping your area. Such an interesting place - right there in the valley of such pretty moutains. Looks like Paradise to me.
