This interview (on BBC Sounds) with Ethan Kross — author of "Chatter: The Voice in our head, why it matters and how to harness it" — was a very interesting listen.
I think this is going to be another book on my wishlist.

@colinwalker ah yes 😀, I have listened to a few other episodes. I particularly enjoyed an interview with Alex Honnold.
@strandlines Looking back I see there’s also an episode with Ryan Holiday. Will have to check that out.
