Happy birthday to me! W & M got me a sewing machine that has a manual! I asked for one I knew was affordable and simple. I can upgrade later.
@Cheri I've been trying to make napkins (ie hem squares) with my old sewing machine that kept getting the needle stuck, so I'll start by finishing those. Then a cushion for my home office chair. After that, probably a maxi skirt. I'm doing a Sewing 101 class on Craftsy.
