What’s the cheapest/easiest way to get online access to the Oxford English Dictionary? Sadly, my local library (Toledo Lucas County Public Library) doesn’t seem to offer online access.
@joshuapsteele Try the University of Toledo or OhioLINK. The university I work at, and the ones around me, have rules about what kinds of access they can give out due to licensing fees and similar nonsense, but librarians tend to either know of alternatives or will want to work with enthusiastic and respectful patrons, even if not in their network.
