It was very nearly warm enough to wear shorts and a t-shirt. (That is, I did wear shorts and a t-shirt, and I was nearly warm enough. Nearly.) And in roughly the same sense, it is nearly spring! šŸƒšŸ»ā€ā™‚ļø

@philipbrewer Your run route does look like a person devouring something. Assuming that wasn’t intentional :) . Also heart points = Avg heart rate?

@sp I can’t take credit for the shape of the map—I just run where the paths go.

Heart points is a Google Fit thing, based on the World Health Organization’s (and I think American Heart Association’s) advice on physical activity for heart health. You’re supposed to get at least 150 minutes of ā€œmoderateā€ activity per week (walking or equivalent) OR at least 75 minutes of ā€œvigorousā€ activity (running or equivalent) per week.

Google Fit gives you a point for each minute of moderate activity or two points for each minute of vigorous activity, and you’re supposed to get 150 points per week.

@philipbrewer Interesting! Been a while that I’ve used Google fit.
