Yeah, roasted pumpkin seeds!

@soulcruzer The best I have found is to boil in salted water, to get the salt ermeated through, then roast. What’s yours?

@cliffordbeshers I haven’t tried the boil in saltwater. Will have to try that next time. I just coat in olive oil and season with sea salt, corrinder, and paprika and then roast.
