@SimonWoods journaling is so centering. I always notice my mental health declining if I skip my journaling practice.
Can highly recommend paper planning too. I love my moleskine weekly, it has each week on the left page and a lined page to the right, perfect for to do lists.

@SimonWoods re that "relief valve" aspect, my family notices if I have NOT been journaling. I do it for them as much as for me 😸
