Just after sunrise, a fireball on the horizon had begun to be a sun in the sky. As we drove along, we looked out over the fields in all directions & mist was floating up, as the sun warmed the night moisture & turned it into a fog. Not for long, but I still see it in my mind.
@smokey I was describing what we had actually seen and the interesting discovery was that the 280 limit forced me to edit and edit and the writing actually improved a lot in the course of fitting it all in.
@Ron Editing can do that sometimes :-) I have great difficulty fitting most thoughts into 280 characters and find it quite frustrating, but it’s nice to see when it works the other way!
@smokey Yes, it pleased me to discover that. But I also appreciate that Manton doesn't hold us to the 280 in our replies.
