@bradenslen Or perhaps a few people with the wisdom of age to temper some of the sharp edges and direct some of the passion of the youth into more successful directions (but more importantly, teaching why …not the “because we’ve always done so” why, or the “because this works in the system” why, but the human side of why that comes from true wisdom)…both perspectives are valuable, but we cannot afford any more old people without wisdom standing in the doorways and blocking up the halls just to hold on to their power, privilige, and old way of life when those will kill us all…
