@Gabz jealous. Iโ€™m on ONLY day 2 of trying to make a change. Worked out the first day and the family went on a 45 min hike today. Iโ€™ve eaten fairly good both days as well. I need to lose about 20 pounds.

@adrianizq you can do it man! If I did it, am you most certainly can. Not gonna lie, it has taken me some time. I started at weight 220 pounds and I am down to 195. My ideal is 180 but I feel like as far as weight goes Iโ€™m stuck at 195. But to me honest, if I still weigh 195 buts itโ€™s mostly muscle and less fat, Iโ€™m fine with it.

@Gabz my ideal is 170-180. I plan to start working out at least 3-4 days a week. I was able to do it a few years ago but fell off the wagon so to speak.
