This picture is from the day of Samantha’s first snow. It was three years ago. It doesn’t seem likely we’ll get one this year.
@chris For a long while, we used to get the big snowstorms in March, so I never rule it out until that month has passed, even though lately it’s been January…
@smokey I may be giving up too early. Samantha was convinced it was going to snow on Christmas because she said it always snows on Christmas but I had to break it to her that it's never snowed on Christmas in my life, let alone hers!

(Although, there was one year in the late 80s or early 90s where we inexplicably got a few flurries over here on Christmas Day, before the sun returned…but I don’t consider that “snowing on Christmas“ ❄️)
@smokey I'm pretty sure Sam would take flurries. I don't think I could count 'em though. It's almost like fake snow.
