6/9 At the Northgate station, we got off the train, took the new pedestrian bridge over I-5, then found the Interurban Trail that led us to Edmonds and then to the Kingston Ferry. We even passed a sculpture park in Shoreline and paused for the snail.

@PaulnRhe How’s the bike infrastructure for that part of Seattle? Looks like it might be pretty good.

@skoobz It’s fantastic! We rode on dedicated bike trails or roads (closed to through traffic during the pandemic and never reopened), or bicycle lanes not separate from traffic for most of the ride. And the signage was good, too. They had a different bike route to the ferry than the one for cars..
