I currently have my desk right in front of a window. I’m thinking about turning it back the way I had it before, in the corner next to the window, where I wouldn’t be staring directly into the sunrise every morning.

@djt I already applyed indow tinting film, but that didn't kill the full on sun. Pulling the blinds down seemed to just spread the light out more. With it turned the other way, the only concern I have is the reflection from the sun in the morning, but, like you said, my eye strain is definitly much less.
@skoobz As envious as I always am seeing photos of these desk setup locations, part of me wondered if it would cause any eye strain. I suppose a big part of it is which direction the windows face.
@pimoore Mine is facing NW, so we’re looking at direct sun from about 6a-11a at the peak of summer, but maybe only two hours worth during the winter.
