@lmika Good advice! I, too, think I keep pretty detailed journal entries, but there are still a bunch of times I go back and realise I forgot to document something I later needed to go back and check. Especially medical things 🤦🏻‍♀️

@jayeless That still better than my journaling system, or lack thereof. There are large gaps in my journal; mostly because what I want to say that day I post here, but that does mean that a lot of the “mundane” is not documented. I really need to get better at this.

@lmika Another thing I try to remember to do is copy substantial blog posts (not just cat photos, haha) into my journal. So that way if I do publish a thought publicly, I also have it where the rest of my thoughts are. It's pretty straightforward because both my blog and my journal use Markdown formatting; I guess it'd be more effort if I had to convert it! But something like that might be an option for you, too 😃

@jayeless I use a Drafts action to post to M.b and Day One simultaneously. I do this for journal posts I feel comfortable sharing aloud.

@jayeless Yeah, I actually do the same: all my blog posts get imported into Day One. In fact, that's why I wrote Feed Journaler so that it will happen automatically.
