Instead of troubleshooting the iCloud on Windows thing on my own for multiple days, I should have just called them. 5 minutes on the phone with them and it’s resolved. Problem was I was signing in with the icloud.com domain but my original Apple ID is a me.com domain.

@shep Is there any way for us mere mortals to determine what domain we should be using? Or do we either call them or go through all of the old Apple domains until we find the right one? :)

As I’ve been asked to assist with this and haven’t really touched Windows 11 yet.
