Using Arc Search on iPhone to get a summary of an issue affecting a specific tech setup (hardware + software) is brilliant and a time saver. Searching for “Nikon zf raw image format macOS” gave everything I needed using the summary view. 😀🤓
@numericcitizen The thing about LLM based stuff is that I don't think I can ever fully trust it considering LLMs tendencies to make up random shit and present it confidently. We've already have concrete cases of this happening with Arc Search summary.
@torb the thing about this particular one, though, is it finds relevant (and reliable) sources first, then summarizes the findings. It offers you the exact links to the source materials used, so you can look for yourself if there are additional questions.
