A new TestFlight beta of Mimi Uploader is out for testing with this Tip Jar. If things look good, I should be able to release a new version in a few days with the new layout and image display options, in addition to this.

@samgrover I just wanted to check that I am experiencing expected behaviour. I was asked to enter my Apple ID and password - is that correct? I think that I was expecting the app to pick my App Store details as an in app purchase might be.

@crossingthethreshold It was my understanding that the TestFlight Beta would let you simply "make a purchase" that doesn't actually charge you. But I think the in-app purchase may need to be approved first, which it hasn't been, yet. What you're seeing is prompt for a sandbox tester account. I'd say ignore the prompt and don't enter anything for now. Thank you for letting me know!
