I imported my former photo blog hosted on Micro.blog to my main microblog. It also contains my Instagram archive. Now looking into how to add them in bulk to the ‘photo’ category.

I will cross-post from Glass once the sharing from the beta app is fixed to enable downloading the photo from Glass.

@pratik I have a filter for contains <img> and .jpg to auto tag photo posts.

@jsonbecker I have done that now but not sure how to apply it to previous posts.

@pratik if you go to the micro.blog categories page and scroll down to edit filters, tap into that page and you’ll find run filter buttons that should run a filter for all posts.

@pratik Unless it’s a matter of control, your Glass profile does have a RSS feed which allows you to crosspost automatically.

@skoobz it does but it links back to Glass and doesn’t download the image to add it to Micro.blog

@kurite Does it apply to previous posts? I thought not.

@kurite @pratik I made some filters just a few days ago and can confirm that running then applies categories to existing posts.
