I’m curious what whole bean coffee folks are fond of as an “every day” cup. Mainly beans available in the US but more broadly is fine too! Interested in trying something new. We lean a bit toward dark roast. ☕️

@ronguest I love Counter Culture Coffee, which is one of the roasters local to me. Every bean of theirs I've tried has been great.

@ronguest Currently, I lean towards light or medium roasts, since my kettle is boiling or nothing. Too often, dark roasts come out sour for me because I'm impatient. Won't be a problem once I replace the kettle. Then I'll be open to basically anything.

@ronguest we have a subscription to Trade Coffee. It sends us a new / different bag every two weeks (you can adjust the schedule). It’s been a lot of fun trying new beans and really learning our preferences.

You can also tune it to your preference (we like hipster light roast Ethiopian).
