Being able to speak a text message to my watch is something I didn’t realize I would like so much.

@hjalm Also: quick emoji, writing short words at finger-point, and quick phone calls for family.

Between these things and Fitness, the watch has become important to me and this is all in spite of Siri.

@Pilchuck that’s not lost on me… 😀 overheard statements out of context

@hjalm Also, my watch knows when I’m driving, which is a capability I would not have guessed it had, independent of my phone

@hjalm Interesting. I never noticed that my watch could detect that. What do you use it for?

@roelio it was somethin I noticed in the course of texting my wife. She replied to my message while I was driving home, but my watch didn't notify me. Later that night I noticed that she had received the iOS I-am-driving-my-car-now boilerplate when I re-examined my messages
