Trader Joe’s (Unibroue) Vintage Ale 2011 has also aged incredibly nicely. 🍺
@toddgrotenhuis how do you typically store these? Right now I have a 2018 sitting in our dining room’s liquor closet away from any light source.
@robertsapunarich garage in cardboard box (wine/beer size) in a cart off the floor. Light is blocked. Temperature control isn’t perfect but stays in a reasonable range.
@robertsapunarich I used to buy a case of 12 a year until my stash was too big. I’ll probably be able to buy more in a couple years.
