@ciaran this is part of the redevelopment of land just to the north of Kings Cross station in London. At the moment, Apple Maps shows a rather out-of-date view. Google at least has the roofs on!

@ciaran originally it was a coal drops yard, now very imaginitely renamed as ... Coal Drops Yard ...

@robertbrook We had planned to visit when we last went to London, but somehow didn't find the time to go there. I was really sorry, would have loved to see this with my own eyes. Next time, for sure...

@maique I hope you get to London soon: would be great to see more of your photos from there!

@robertbrook Would love to get back soon! I don’t think I’ve shot enough there, not nearly enough. That reminds me, maybe I should start the bSeries page for London, a change from all the Asia I’ve been looking at! 😊 Plans for today: check!

@robertbrook Thanks. I'm usually a big fan of modern adaptations of older spaces. But there's something about the roofs that, to me, looks like they are being ripped up and off the buildings. I find that part unsettling.

@ciaran I do try to avoid using this phrase, but - “as I get older” - I realise that my views on architecture, for example, are a lot less exact than I had thought they were, years ago.
