Finally pushed the go button on buying a new MacBook. M5 Air arrives tomorrow 11 years after I bought my last personal Mac.
@philbowell Oh, wow! That’s a huge leap of an upgrade! You’re going to love it. I’m using an M4 MacBook Air for everything. Half the time it’s connected to a Studio Display; the other half on my lap, like right now. The Mac Mini has been demoted to an automation server, and the iPad Pro is collecting dust. These really are remarkable machines. Enjoy!
@robertbreen thanks Robert! I’m looking forward to it! I’ve been using my iPad mostly for the last few years but some things are just too cumbersome and I’ve been doing more creative work lately that needs a Mac. Finally took the plunge.
