My urge to go back to Evernote is high. I’m resisting it!
@timapple Yep! I'm at a point where I feel Standard Notes is making me to overthink on how I handle documents and attachments. With Evernote, it was easy peasy.
The price increase may have angered few people but I think it will help to maintain and build a stable product. So, I have gone back to Evernote and starting fresh!
@ridwan I've been on Evernote for many many years. I've looked to get my stuff out a few times when the pissed me off, but I still those 52k notes in there.
@hawaiiboy Wow! 52K notes! That's a lot! LOL! Evernote is great app. I really want them to succeed under the new management. With the new updates, it looks promising.
@ridwan Life’s too short to deny yourself the app you love. If it helps, you don’t have to tell us that you are using it 🙃
@timapple I'm hoping the new team may be able to turn it around. But, I don't think they would be able to recreate their magic from their hay days.
@ridwan I agree with all the comments on here. I also think you may fall into my category, get bored and want to try something different again. haha
@ridwan I agree, In the move to go paperless, ( a few times over the years) everything was dumped in there since we already had stuff there.
Search has always been one of their hallmarks.
@hawaiiboy I think EN could potentially become our personal search engine. They do handle "going paperless" pretty well. It is too early to make my decision but I think this is going to be an interesting ride with EN.
