@annahavron That sounds like a great practice! I often feel like I have useful thoughts first thing in the morning (e.g. about the novel I'm writing 🙈) that I lose once I start checking social media. Something like morning pages would be really handy in that light.

@jayeless I used to have a post-it note on my computer: "Create Before You Consume." That single principle helped me sanity-wise, creativity-wise. It's bedrock for me now.
