❓ Why does pay TV leak out one episode at the time when all I want is a nice binge? So frustrating!
@amerpie The Stranger Things/True Detective era of binge-worthy prestige TV is over. It was a USP of streaming over cable, but now that every cable company has a streaming service, we’re back to square one.
They realized people were buying subs and binging the shows they wanted to watch, then canceling. If they go the trad-TV route, they can string you along and keep you paying.
@austinross Makes sense. True Detective S1 was definitely the best but this past season was pretty close. I loved Jodie Foster.
