@rickcogley he had his own shop in Tokyo Station, but this year it was put together with some other travel related merch.
@kimonostereo I didn't know this until just now but, it looks like the dedicated shop "Pensta" that was in Tokyo station, was closed in Nov., and now he's marketed here and there in various shops.
@kimonostereo s/he is! That penguin makes Suica and JR themselves so warm and fuzzy. It's a really smart design decision, given the amount of people have to spend on transport each year (granted, companies pay it, mostly).
@rickcogley we've had a lot of luck finding Suica goods at the Sanseido in Ginza near the station. I thing Suica pengu has a girlfriend or a sister that is smaller and grey.
