Every now and then, Safari on my Mac just stops accepting taps on links. The only recourse is to quit and restart. Refreshing the page does nothing. Seems like a bug.
@cheesemaker Firefox does this occasionally on my M1 iMac -- I assumed it was FF's fault, but.... Safari too?!
