@richText That is ironic, for a company that was once known for its clever management of long lines, etc! And everybody is still left staring at their phones for an experience they paid to have offline, presumably...
@annahavron There are obvious advantages to their smartphone approach but so many people aren’t savvy enough to take advantage, it throws cast members into tech support roles. (still… epcot remains my favorite place.)
