@restlesslens I expect that in the future we will get active sound on the exterior of EVs, to provide awareness to pedestrians when going slowly, and to dampen tire noise when going fast. The technology exists; I've read of US military vehicles that have driven through villages at night in enemy territory with nobody noticing.

@cliffordbeshers wow interesting. A sort of outward-facing noise cancelling headphones for your car I guess. I've read that in cities where they've closed streets, one of the things people comment on the most is how quiet it is. Looking forward to that future.
