@lmika I agree. It allows the developer to really distinguish their app from the competition, and provide an environment for support beyond the comments.

@lmika The promise of the App Store was that it would be a one-stop solution for developers, where everything you need is present. There isn't even a proper working search functionality, nor a descent feed-back mechanism between developer and users. So yeah, a website is bare necessity nowadays, for discoverability and customer interaction.
