I already have a monitor for my Raspberry PI4 (will arrive tomorrow). It’s the Full HD LCD-monitor 243V7QDSB/00 - Philips. I’m about ready to start some serious programming—well studying for it, anyway. 🙏 @sod for pointing me in the right direction. BTW I’m such a worry ward.

@renevanbelzen Oh, looks like you're all set up to have some fun and study time. Keep me posted; I look forward to reading about your impressions of the Raspberry Pi. And, most of all, what you will end up learning and doing with your new tool.

@sod I've done some web search on people with similar desire to do web dev on a Raspberry Pi 4. Some overcomplicate things, by also installing GNOME, and troubleshoot that before getting to the good stuff. My thinking is, if it works, use everything stock as much as possible.

@renevanbelzen Yeah, I like your thinking. It's way too easy to get distracted with tools and end up in a rabbit hole. 😊
