August 18, 2024 - purchased from a store in Bishkek with Chinese snacks. Even though okra is advertised on the bag, there was only one inside 😭 which made me sad because okra is generally not available in Kyrgyzstan. Otherwise, the bag was like other fruit/vegetable chips that I’ve had before, good!

@ptrck Maybe? I've only bought tortillas once in Bishkek but the quality wasn't great...lavash, which is more readily available (and therefore may be higher quality), might work better. In general, yes, your suggestion points to what I repeatedly see as the best solution - to make my own things 🙃

@val though there's a lot to be said about the ability to just "buy the thing", not having to make it, and allowing you to just enjoy it. Your post definitely brought to light how I've taken buying tortilla chips for granted.
