@ptrck I would switch mortgage lenders but 1) I would need to refi to do that and all rates are too high right now, and 2) all mortgage lenders are this shady.

@help thank you! I don’t mean to sound like I’m piling on, but this issue occurs every year when my blog renews. Pretty frustrating. Hopefully you find a permanent fix soon.
