@lukemperez @AlexKucera if you are not aware of the cognitive learning and learning mindsets research, this may be helpful to you. It could have been a shorter book, but the anecdotes help. They also offer tangible advice on improving your skills.
@pratik I am familiar with those. Maybe I'll pass but add it to a list of books I keep to recommend to students who search for those kinds of resources.
