England win the ICC Cricket World Cup final. Unbelievable and dramatic game of cricket - I’ve been glued to it all day. So pleased that England won, but it was such a close, hard fought game that neither side really deserved to lose. A great end to the tournament. 🏏
@TheDimPause Congratulations to you. It was indeed a great game to watch and it had to be the closest of the margins to separate the two teams who fought until the end. So many what-ifs.
@pratik Thanks! Yes, a lot of what-ifs and England did need a slice of luck to win, which was a little cruel on New Zealand. I thought it was a good advert for the game of cricket - and great that it was shown on free-to-air TV in the UK for a change!
