@sod I don't know if I'd go that far. Nadella definitely saved MSFT's stock price from plummeting. Maybe. We will see in about 60 minutes or so. But let's remember that Altman wasn't exactly writing code every day. The next thing to watch for is how many of the real workers within OpenAI migrate to MSFT.

@cdevroe @hawaiiboy @sod At least it didn't drop but it's too early in the day. Hiring SA doesn't solve their original problem since they have invested with his original company.

@cdevroe @pratik My comment was more of a mini-rant than a crystal ball moment. I don't have a clue as what is going to happen next. In the future of my dreams, a transparent company that truly embraces openness (as in open research and open source) enters the competition and surpasses both Microsoft and OpenAI. Of course, that won't happen, but hey, a guy can dream. 😊
