@vincent Hahahaha... I did write them two emails, asking them not to ruin Christmas for the kids, and they were kind enough to act on that. Still waiting to hear from Jason...
@jeannie In the end, everything worked out. I sent two emails to support, letting them know why I needed to have the limits lifted, today rather than in a couple of months. They were reasonable. Thankfully.
@pratik It felt good, it did. Woke up wondering if it had worked, and very happy it did. They came through and, as you say, good customer support is essential.
