Does anyone know what this crane this is on a cruise ship. It goes up, then comes down periodically. We then here in Kailua bay

@supremus No other way to imagine it. BTW I'm always surprised when people do the "Titanic" pose when on ships or boats. Talk about jinxing it. I hope they saw the end of that boat's journey.
