@kimberlyhirsh Nope. My university (UT Austin) is now actively moving away from Google

@kimberlyhirsh We also were using Exchange (Office 365) and Box. The Gmail-based service will now be capped at 5 GB and faculty/staff are being discouraged from using it. Students still can.

@kimberlyhirsh UT Box is approved to store even Cat-1 data and is authenticated by SSO that uses our main UT ID

@kimberlyhirsh not anymore. We have Google email available but I switched back to Microsoft exchange so I can sync the calendar events with my department. I have a pro account that I’m 50/50 on not renewing this year. And I think the university uses Box for storage.

@kimberlyhirsh My institution uses Office365, to our common lament. Personally, I use GSuite.
