They say, best way to slice an onion without shedding tears is to put it in the freezer 15 mins before you cut them. But just like me, you’ll remember this tip when you’re slicing an onion.

@pratik i do it under the kitchen’s/stove vent/hood, just make sure the stove isn’t on 😅

@pratik Your technique is the latest that I will add, like you, to the Ah Yes list - those I remember while I am shedding copious tears.

@pratik I’ve always regarded the tears as nature’s way of saying "don’t slice your onions too finely”.
