She suggested some techniques and how it would help me reflect better on what I think I have achieved and what I actually have

@ddanielson @pratik I boldly started on a pre-dated journal early last year, but I didn’t stick with it very long. I didn’t feel like I had much to say other than what I had already posted on Micro.Blog.

@ddanielson I knoooooow! I get mired in details. Sometimes I have too much to write about so I don’t write it. Life gets in the way. Get lazy at night. Get started on work in the morning.

@pratik Consistent journaling keeps me level. But that consistency was difficult to achieve until I paired the journal with a daily meditation. Just started my second full year with The Daily Stoic. The increased tranquility has affected every aspect of my life in a positive way. Just a gentle suggestion. Wishing you peace.
