Disappointed the plows hadn’t come by at first but then I got an escort about a mile in. Unfortunately he was going to slow so I had to take to the streets again 😆🏃🏻‍♂️

@ericmwalk Beautiful looking day for a run! I’m more than a little jealous, all our snow has melted away. 🤷🏻‍♂️

@ericmwalk Looks beautiful. Also, the Strava website seems cool. I've been using Runkeeper for a few years only because a few friends introduced me to it (who no longer use the app). Not sure if there's any advantage to switching, though

@val it was a really nice day considering. I wish they would have plowed earlier as there was a lot of ice in places too and makes me think today might be worse. As for Strava vs Runkeeper, I would say they are probably the same. I have never used Runkeeper before but would assume it is similar to Strava. Mostly it is what do you want out of it, I do pay for a Strava subscription to have the extra data (even though it is in my Garmin watch) and I do like the more social aspect of Strava as it can connect people using all sorts of Watches. I have actually connected with a couple people locally and ran with them from time to time. If you have any other questions let me know but probably personal preference and what you want to get out of each app. Also, if you join let me know I will follow as I love seeing where people find places to run 😁.
