I had to run a few errands this morning. Post yesterday’s updated mask guidance from the CDC I could see people were unsure what to do. Some still wore masks, half without, and some carried a mask but then pocketed when they saw some others weren’t masked.
@ronguest Until we’ve at least reached the point of herd immunity — and that’s nowhere remotely close yet — this is a bad, and confusing, idea.
@ronguest Although I get that CDC is trying to incentivize getting vaccinated, the fact that this country has a non-negligible amount of people who refuse vaccines and masks. Now people without masks will belong to two ends of the spectrum with one type being extremely dangerous for those still unvaccinated.
