Normalize not using bloated Adobe or Microsoft stuff when the built in Apple software will suffice

@pimoore with my company we've been using Rocket.chat as slack replacement, which works very well for us (self-hosted).

@ton interesting, might have to pass that along to our IT department. 🙏
