@scientifics I don't at the minute. However, I have tried some general basics such as getting a stand for my all-in-one desktop and never sitting at the desk for too long; those have helped, for sure but the latter is experimental, in that I don't have a specific set of times worked out just yet.
@hollyhoneychurch @ronguest Time has only increased my feeling for this, with one addition: The purposeful act of taking a break.
@scientifics the Alexander technique is awesome. Look up constructive rest too. A beautiful experience that I do often.
@scientifics @simonwoods @hollyhoneychurch @ronguest One place is start is the work of Katy Bowman, especially her book Alignment Matters amzn.to/2UrTHZW Another is Erwan Le Corre and his book The Practice of Natural Movement amzn.to/2S0jiaC Both offer extensive free internet resources (articles, videos, etc.).
@simonwoods @philipbrewer@hollyhoneychurch Iโm sorry for eves dropping but I have to say this is one of my favorite parts of M.B โ discovering new, fascinating things through yโall. Thank you! I hope I can repay the learn in the future!
