I had forgotten how much working out affected my mood. I had a good sesh this morning outside. Not only do I feel much better about myself, but I am also in the best mood possible. Gotta keep this up. Not just for myself but those around me.

@Gaby Right there with you. I’m very hopeful that this week marks the end of “spring weather” (i.e. either cold or wet) and the beginning of “late spring weather” (i.e. warm and sunny oftening enough that I can move my workouts outside).
@philipbrewer outdoors workouts are my favorite. there’s something about connecting with nature (even if it’s your backyard) and your feet on the ground (grass).
