I’m thinking of picking up a HomePod next time I see one at a big discount. Wondering if I’ll regret it (new model coming?).

@ronguest I got mine on release day, or the next day. And I love it. If I see one on sale or something I might pick up a second one.

@ronguest Just couldn’t resist the synchronicity of you asking and me actually knowing about the sale. You can use “but it’s a refurb” as an out, though.

@pgor I think there was a sale at $250 for new ones at the end of the year. I think that will be the trigger point for me. 🤔

@martinfeld That’s what I keep hearing. It’s just for me and the amount I’d use it list price doesn’t seem justified.
