Someone at work yesterday mentioned Skyline Chili. That is a horror I had not thought of since moving away from Indianapolis 30+ years ago. Apparently it is still a thing? Pasta has no business being in chili!

@petebrown Cincinnati Chili is a local tradition that's best sought out in Cincinnati, not in chain restaurant versions.
@petebrown Ha! Preferences really vary, don’t they? I hadn't heard of it before, but it sounds good on pasta to me! Certainly worth trying anyway.
