@bryan director type myself 😁 I can tell you the people who do that are crazy and need to be actively pushed back upon. There’s not a ton of that stuff that goes on at my current job, but it does happen. I go out of my way to chastise (in a friendly, snarky way, of course) people who do it, because it sets a bad precedent and creates an implicit culture of over-work. Good on ya for ignoring them and spending time with the kids!
